Purple Floral Lampwork Bead by Kerry Harper197 viewsThe first bead I bought at the show was this one from Kerry.
I had picked this bead and the following dichroic one before Kerry told me that she had only been making beads for 12 months - and she is using a hothead!!
It almost made me feel like giving up bead making altogether! But I sorted myself out and am now even more determined to be able to do this well myself... ;-)
Good work Kerry...

Floral Lampwork Bead with Dichroic Core by Kerry Harper329 viewsMy second bead purchased was also from Kerry Harper.
I have not had much success with Dichroic, so I was very impressed with this bead as well.

Dichroic based florals70 viewsGuess who ran out of gas during the making of the bead on the left... Oh well, no matter that the flowers didn't get finished, it's still in one piece and that's what matters. :-) Moretti glass once again.

Mirus Christmas Challenge - Oct 27 to Nov 30, 200613 viewsJan's challenge for us this month is to make Christmas beads without using any Red or Green.
These Scrollwork lampwork beads are all made with Moretti 204 White and Vetrofond Clear. Clear Dichroic was used in the one on the far right and silver leaf was incorporated in the one at the top left, which turned the bead more golden that silver.
