Looks like I made a mistake and it was in fact the Caramello that turned pink... I only used it in two beads - in the centre up the back - and yes, they are definitely pinker than the others...

May 200765 viewsAn experiment with my big hole mandrels. The base glass is Lauscha Caramello, with Moretti Ivory and Black decor. Oh and a bit of gold leaf that got picked up when I rolled my bead too close to it... So I just went with it.
